不同气氛下煤粉与水泥生料混合物的热分析
THERMO-ANALYSIS OF CEMENT RAW MEAL MIXED WITH PULVERIZED COAL IN DIFFERENT ATMOSPHERES

Abstract
The kinetics of cement raw meal mixed with a certain percentage of pulverized coal was investigated by means of a thermo-gravimetric analyzer in three different atmospheres (such as O2, CO2, 50% O2 and 50% CO2) with a heating rate of 20 K/min. According to the related coefficient |r|, the reaction was controlled based on both the interface reaction mechanism and the nucleation/growth mechanism.In O2 atmosphere, the interface reaction mechanism was dominant. When the percentage of CO2 increased in O2 atmosphere, the nucleation and growth mechanism occurred. The active energy E and the pre-exponential factor InA can be obtained under different conditions. It is indicated that the increase of O2 percentage and the effective combustion of pulverized coal can lead to the decrease of the active energy.关键词
