Histological Study on Digestive System of the Juvenile Abalone Haliotis Discus Hannai Ino
摘要
Abstract
The digestive system of 45 day-old abalone Haliotis discus hannai Ino is studied by histological method.The epithelium of the alimentary canal is squamous,cuboidal or columnar.The oesophagus is divided into three portions.The lateral pouches is lined by three types of cells.The crop is smaller than the stomach.The epithelium of the intestine consists of five types of cells.The salivary gland is made up of mucous cells and ciliated cells.The digestive gland consists of digestive cells and basophilic cells.关键词
