助理护士心理健康状况分析及防护对策
Attendants' psychological health analysis and how to defend
摘要
Abstract
Objective To get to know the psychological state of attendant, to analyze their influencing factors and put forward the correspondent effective strategy.Methods 78 assistant nurses in our hospital were investigated by Chinese nurse professional pressure meter and the SCL-90 symptom self-estimate scale. Results More than 80% assistant nurse have the varying degree of psychologically problem. Conclusion Nurse superinten-dent is supposed to attach importance to assistant nurses' psychologically health, reduces their working pressure, on the other hand, assistant nurses should strengthen their own psychological diathesis and adaptiveness.关键词
