益气、行气活血法在冠心病心血瘀阻证中的作用机理探讨
A mechanic study of the TCM therapy in treating coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To study the mechanism of two different kind of TCMtherapeutic methods in treating coronary heart dicease(CHD)with TCM syndrome of heart-blood stasis,one is treating by invigorating qi ang promoting blood circulation(IQPBC),thd other is by invigorating qicirculation and promoting blood circulation(PQCPBC).Method 60 Patients with CHD were randomly divied into two groups:group1(n=30)were treated by IQPBC group2(n=30) were treated by PQCPBC the levels of endothelins (ET),nitric oxide(NO),TXA2 and PGI2 in blood were measured at the same time.Result It helps to restore the balances between those indexes after 20 day's treatment by IQPBC or by PQCPBC,and it is more effective treating the patients with QDBS by IQPBC,and with QSBS by PQCPBC respectively.Conlusion The major mechanism of IQPBC and PQCPBC is probably related to the restoration of the function of the VEC and the balance between either ET and NO,or TXA2 and PGI2.关键词
