The application of binary optical technique in the laser scanner of CO2 laser imaging radar

Abstract
Scanning technique of CO2 laser imaging radar has become one of the key techniques used in cruise guide and control guide. This paper describesa disc,reflectve,computer-generated hologram grating scanner with scanning range of 10°×2°,resolution of 64 pixelsper line, diffractive efficiency of 27.6%.It is put forward that the computer-generated hologram grating scanner may become an efficient way to solve the scanning technique of CO2 laser imaging radar with the development of binary optical techniques and the state-of-art of manufacture.关键词
