Abstract
Using S-P immunohistochemical methods, p16，p53 proteins and PCNA expressions were assessed in 50 specimens of gastric carcinoma. The results showed that the positive expressions for p16 and p53 protein were 64% and 60% respectively. A significant correlation was found between p16 protein low expression, p53 protein overexpression and degree differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and survival rate (P<0.05). But low expression of p16 protein was not correlated with p53 protein overexpression (P>0.05). The results suggested that p16 protein low expression and p53 protein overexpression play an important role in cell proliferation of gastric carcinoma.关键词
