摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin and the clinicaopathological significance in hepatic cancer. [Methods] β-catenin and E-cadherin expressions in 72 patients with hepatic cancer were detected byimmunohistochemical method. [Results] The abnormal expression β-catenin(76.4%) and E-cadherin(61.1%) in hepatic cancer was significantly higher than that in paracancer and liver cirrhosis (P ＜0.001). The abnormal expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin showed significant relationship with differentiation grade (P ＜0.001). The abnormal expression of E-cadherin significantly was related with portal vein embolus or not (P ＜0.01).[ Conclusions ] The β-catenin and E-cadherin may participate in the process of development, progression in hepatic cancer. The abdominal expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin is related with biological characteristic of hepatic cancer.关键词
