Abstract
Aim To evaluate the influence of systemic rehabilitation on percutaneous laser disc decompression(PLDD).Methods 198 cases underwent PLDD were divided into two groups. Group A: 68 patients had not received postoperatived systemic rehabilitation as control; Group B: 130 patients had received postoperative systemic rehabilitation. Followed up for 6 months to 2 years, low back or leg pain and the therapeutic results were analysed.Results Low back or leg pain was relieved 6 months after operation in both groups; 2 years after operation the outcome in group B were better than those in group A. There was a significant difference between group B and A(P< 0.05). Conclustion Systemic rehabilitation plays an important role in improving long-term results of PLDD.关键词
