Abstract
Objective: To solve the long-duration and severe post-burn scar of the small-area deep-burns. Methods: Various skin flaps transplantation or direct suturing were applied after the wound being removed. Results: 74 wounds in 68 cases had been treated with first-intention healing and an average of 9 days recovery and the follow-up of 46 cases revealed good expected long-term effects. Conclusion: The methods of plastic surgery employed in the treatment of deep-burn wounds at various stages revealed the superiority to the conventional repair关键词
