The western development requires the prior development in important central cities, which can form growth pole and give an impetus to western region. This article analyzes the necessities of constructin g Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, puts forward total target and main princip les, and advances strategic measures and political advice on promoting this cons truction.关键词
