摘要

Abstract

The quantitative feedback theory (QFT),a new frequency-domain based robust control approach design, takes account of both the scope of the plant's uncertainty and performance requirements to the system by the way of designing on the Nichols chart. So it can ensure that design results have stability robustness and performance robustness. The influence of control surface loss or damage on the dynamic derivatives of the aircraft model can be treated as an extension of the model uncertainty robustness problem. QFT is applied to the analysis and design of the fault tolerant flight control system allowing for possible control surface damages. In this paper, the QFT approach is used in the analysis and design of robust /fault tolerant flight control systems for a remote pilotless vehicle. Design results and simulational tests reveal the bright potential applications of QFT approach in the robust/fault tolerant flight control system design.
