钨酸锌纳米棒的水热合成条件对其荧光及光催化性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF HYDROTHERMAL CONDITIONS ON THE LUMINESCENCE AND PHOTOCATALYTIC PROPERTIES OF ZINC TUNGSTATE NANORODS

Abstract
Zinc tungstate (ZnWO4) nanorods were synthesized by a precipitate-hydrothermal process by using Zn(NO3)2 and Na2WO4 as the raw materials. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope characterizations show that the obtained products are homogeneous ZnWO4 nanorods with diameters of about 20 nm and lengths of about 200 nm. The fol-lowing was studied in detail: the influence of hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal time on the formation mechanism of ZnWO4 nanorods, the intensity of the luminescence spectra, and the photocatalytie activity for the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB)of ZnWO4 nanorods. The research showed that the synthesized products had small diameters, were well crystallized and were uniform in size at a temperature of 200℃ and reaction time of 16 h. Furthermore, the photocatalytic capability for the degradation of RhB of ZnWO4 nanorods is close to the commercial photoeatalyst P-25(Degussa).关键词
