The Thermally Stimulated Current of the Binary Mixture
摘要
Abstract
The thermally stimulated currents(TSC)of different binary mixture were measured. BaTiO3 powder with silicone oil showed apparently a peak,which depends on the size of powder.TiO2 and Al2O3 powders with silicone oil showed no TSC peak in the temperature region of measurement.关键词
