Abstract
Objective: To study clinical effective of the ozone and adefovir treatment for HBV. Methods: Treatment of the same period 112 cases of patients receiving treatment in accordance with the principle of voluntary, for the treatment of 38 cases of group therapy to ozone joint adefovir capsules, ozone autohemotherapy treatment for 3 months, adefovir capsules treatment for 18 months; 34 cases as control group A, the use of oral adefovir capsules alone, treatment for 18 months; 40 cases for the control group B, given the ozone autohemotherapy for 3 months;over the same period three groups were detect-ed the various targets. Results: The treatment group for a joint response rate was 47.3%; and control group A was 38.2%; control group B was 40.0%. Conclusion: Compared the ozone joint adefovir therapy capsule in the treatment of hepatitis B with adefovir alone capsules have a significant difference in short-term efficacy (P<0.05). Improving the confidence in the treatment of patients.关键词
