摘要
Abstract
The new catalyst for preparing base oil of lubricant by polymerization of α-alkene was studied. The catalytic performance of NiSO4/γ-Al2O3，NiSO4/β-zolite，NiSO4/SiO2 in the polymerization of α-alkene was observed.According to the study on the polymerization catalyst,analysis of XRD and bromic bond,the condition of the polymerization process was further studied.The result shows that the catalytic effect of NiSO4/β-zeolite is relatively good.This catalyst has the characteristic of high reactive activity，high selectivity, high stability，good regenerative performance and mild process condition，and is better new catalyst used to catalyze-alkene polymerization.After pretreating of carrier by vapour the catalytic performance of this catalyst was improved.The products have better viscosity and lower bromic bond when the new catalyst has been used.The products are good base oil for producing high quality lubricating oil.The optimum reaction condition:reaction temperature is 170 ℃, reaction pressure is 4.0～5.0 MPa, volume air velocity is 0.5 h－1.关键词
