Abstract
The viscosity of crude oil from viscous oil reservoir is high and heavy hydrocarbon components constitute the majority. So, it is difficult to produce oil from production wells. In order to select one suitable microbien to effectively treat this kind of reservoir, a half and puff test is carried out in viscous layer of 4 wells in western transitional zone of Lamadian oil field. This paper studies the growth, procreation, viscosity reduction and oil stimulation of this kind of bacteria in oil reservoir, and evaluates the test results.关键词
