摘要
Abstract
Stress-strain curves contain much information about structur e characteristics of extruded materials. In this paper, fractal geometry is u sed to quantitatively analyze the stress-strain curves of extruded rice. Exper imental results confirm that these curves are fractal curves. The fractal dimension of stress-strain curves can reveal much more information about the mi crostructure of extruded rice.关键词
