genito-urethritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the economic effects of different antibiotics in the treatment of non-gonococcal genito-urethritis. Methods: 50 cases of non-gonococcal genito-urethritis were collected from literature and randomly divided into two groups. Sparfloxacin was given to the first group,clarithromycin to the second group. Data was evaluated using the pharmacoeconomic cost-effect analysis. Results: Sparfloxacin was more economic in the treatment of non-gonococcal genito-urethritis. Conclusion:The pharmacoeconomics plays an important role in guiding physician and pharmacist to choose the best therapeutic regimen in making clinical decision,so as to gain the maximal benefits with the minimal cost.关键词
