肿瘤靶向治疗精确靶向定位认知系统的研究
Research of Cognitive System Model in Tumor Targeted Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Tumor targeted therapy is aimed to completely eliminate cancer cell and protect normal tissue. In this paper, the cognitive system was combined dynamic monitoring and controlling technique. With the calculation of tumor image, temperature filed and with the integrated of force-field analogy and bubble filling, the cognitive model could provide optimal layout and an optimal insertion depth of cryoprobes. In phantom experiment, it demonstrates that the system can help surgeon accurately locate the target and precisely place the cryoprobe, enhancing the effectiveness of therapy.关键词
