摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the imageology Methodsfor diagnosing recurrence and metastasis of primary liver cancer after liver transplantation.Methods Eighteen patients with liver transplantation were regularly examined through B-US,CT,chest X-Ray and ECT.The values of AFP were detected at the same time.The values of the examine Methodson diagnosing the recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer were evaluated.Results There were 12 patients with intrahepatic recurrence and/or extra-hepatic metastasis,which included 7 cases of intrahepatic recurrence,5 cases of lung metastasis,3 cases of bone metastasis,1 case of brain metastasis and 1 case of kidney metastasis.All of these recurrence and metastasis lesions were detected by B-US,CT,chest X-Ray and ECT in time.Conclusion s With the imageology Methodssuch as B-US,CT,chest X-Ray and ECT,combined with patient's history and AFP value,diagnosis on metastasis and recurrence of liver cancer after liver transplantation can be achieved in time.关键词
