摘要
Abstract
ICAM-2 promoter fragment and DAF-intro n 1 fragment were produced by using PCR technique.These fragments and DAF cD NA were cloned into pGEM-7Zf plasmid and sequenced. Thus a recombinant human dec ay accelerating factor gene was constructed for high level endothelial-specifi c expression. The DAF recombinant gene provides a recombinant human DAF gene for further research of transgenic animals inxenotransplantation.关键词
