摘要

Abstract

With the general melting cast and the reverse melting cast (firstmelting the master alloy and then adding the matrix materials), the mainly study has been done on the technical process of melt and cast of TiC/2618 composite prepared by the XD method in this paper. And with the X-ray technique, SEM and metallograph experiment, the microstructure in the casting state has also been analyzed. Results show that the reverse melting cast can increase the solubility of the master alloy, reduce the loss of TiC in the melting cast process effectively and get the ideal composite. The microstructure of dendrite can be fined and balled with adding TiC particles.
