Abstract
The power system restoration plan after all back-out, also calledblack-start, is an important problem which onsure the power system securely. This paper makes the research of East-China power system black-start plan and makes the simulation, according to its real situation. It also analyses some important problems which encounted in the simulation and presents their solution.关键词
