Abstract
According to the present situation of agriculture in Shanghai，thediscussions have been done on the construction and development of city agriculture．It is very important to enlarge protective forest shelter belt along coast in order to reinforce the system of fighting natural calamities．In principle，crop planting structure should be adjusted to suit crop species to soil conditions， make integrated development，face market and give leading place to science and technology． Forestry should be developed continuously and forest cover-degree be rised．In this paper，the regional planning and function location of city agriculture in Shanghai have been proposed．关键词
