摘要

Abstract

The enterprise business area becomes larger and larger, its clients distribute wider and wider, how to give remote clients an efficient service in time is a problem.In the same time, the electronic commerce requires a service method to serve the commerce partner in the entire world.The tele-service method to solve these problems was discussed.It includes the concept of tele-service, the general architecture of the tele-service system and the influence of tele-service system on the manufacture enterprises.
