摘要

Abstract

NIM has designed and constructed a cesium fountain as a new generation primary frequency standard. A series of performance measurements of the components and assemblies have been finished. A cold atomic cloud with diameter 1.5mm and temperature≤150μK has been observed in MOT set up. It is going to get the optical molasses designed for the fountain clock.
