摘要

Abstract

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer was employed for the determination of metallic elements in Chinese medicinal herbs: Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.) Iljinsk.,Chinese gentian and ash bark.A CEM starⅡ microwave system was used for sample preparation.Orthogonal design of 3 factors(temperature,time and ratio of sample mass to solvent volume) at 3 levels was applied for the optimization of microwave leaching conditions.Of the selected factors,temperature is the most important factor for the leaching recoveries of all the elements,the leaching time is also an important factor for some elements,while ratio of sample mass to solvent volume is a minor significant factor.The leaching recovery of vanadium is very low.
