Abstract
Influences of main reaction factors on liquidphase methanol synthesis process were studied in a wellmixed stirred slurry reactor under COrich condition. The experimental results show that methanol productivity and CO conversion increase with the reaction temperature and pressure, and that with feed rate increasing methanol productivity also increases whereas CO conversion decreases. To be convenient for analyzing to effects of mass transfer, a conception of quasiintrinsic kinetics of threephase methanol synthesis process was put forward in this paper. By comparing the quasiintrinsic kinetics obtained in this work with gassolid twophase methanol synthesis, it was found that the threephase methanol synthesis process is much less dependent on the temperature and the pressure than the twophase system. In additions to, it turns out that C302 type copperbased catalyst can well be applied for liquidphase methanol synthesis process under the condition of COrich syngas.关键词
