THE CAUSE AND PROPHYLAXIS FOR THE POSTOPERATIVE RECURRENCE OF CONGENITAL BLEPHAROPTOSIS

Abstract
Objective: The cause and prophylactic measures for the postoperative recurrence of congenital blepharo ptosis were investigated to improve the operative result. Methods: 16 patients who have the postoperative recurrence of congenital blepharoptosis have being cured. Through inquiring ill-history and scouting in operation, the cause of the postoperative recurrence was defined, and the corresponding operative method was used. Results: The satisfactory results were acquired in 16 cases. Conclusion: The cause of the postoperative recurrence is mainly insufficient experience about the operation, and most of the postoperative recurrences can be prevented.关键词
