超细水泥基灌浆材料细度测试方法探讨
Research on methods for measuring superfine cement fineness
摘要
Abstract
Based on requirements for cement fineness measurement in curtain grouting of the Three Gorges Project,a theory on measuring cement fineness using a laser particle sizer is studied,and compared with that using an optical sedimentation granulometer.The laser particle sizer is highly automated,so its operation is very simple.Performance parameters of the instrument,particle concentration and background parameters,etc.,can be automatically monitored,Results of theoretical analysis and practical measurement show that test results obtained by using a laser particle sizer are independent of the density,viscosity,etc.,of discrete media,and less affected by environmental factors.This test method has advantages of good repeatability,quick measurement and accurate result,so it is an ideal method to measure superfine cement fineness.关键词
