混合威布尔分布的参数优化估计OA北大核心CSCD
Parameter Optimization Estimation of Mixed Weibull Distribution
采用威布尔分布和混合威布尔分布对齿轮传动的可靠性实验数据进行描述，用最大似然法进行分布参数的估计，并通过最优化方法求得最大似然值，取得了正确结果。结果表明,对本文所提供的实验数据,混合威布尔分布更能准确真实地反映实验数据的统计特性
In this paper, Weibull distribution and mixed Weibull distribution are adopted in describing the reliability test data of gears drive. Distribution parameters are estimated by using the maximum likelihood method. The likelihood functions are maximized through optimization. The results show that for the test data in this paper, mixed Weibull distribution is more suitable than Weibull distribution.
