Abstract
Extraction of yolk oil from dried egg yolk by supercritical fluidwith carbon dioxide is described. The proper technology requirements are determined through orthogonal experiment and the result shows the rate of extraction egg yolk oil can be up to 80.1 percent, after extracting for 5 hour under the condition of 24Mpa, 50℃.关键词
用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术,在比较温和的实验条件下,从蛋黄粉中分离出蛋黄油。通过正交实验确定了较佳的工艺参数为：萃取压力24Mpa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间5h,在此条件下,蛋黄油的萃取率可达80.1/。分类
