摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of telomerase antisense oligodeoxynucleotide on telomerase activity in lung carcinoma cells.Methods:Phosphorothioate antisense oligodeoxynucleotide of telomerase was transfected into A549 cell lines by lipofectamine(LP).72 hours later,the change of telomerae activity was assayed by TRAP-PCR-ELISA.Results:72 hours after transfecting antisense oligodeoxynucleotide into A549 cell lines,telomerase activity was suppressed significantly.Conclusions:Antisense oligodeoxynucleotide targeting at telomerase can inhibit telomerase activity of lung adenocarcinoma cells effectively.关键词
