Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical value of NST on the neonatal prognosis of ICP.Methods:NST was taken on 88 cases of pregnant women with ICP and 87 cases pregnant women without any complication.Results:The incidence rate of abnormal NST were significantly higher in ICP group than in normal group (P＜0.05).The neonatal prognosis was significantly worse in abnormal NST patients of ICP group than in those of normal group.There were significantly worse neonatal prognosis in ICP patients with abnormal NST than those with normal NST (P＜0.05).Its specificity was 93.2%,sensitivity was 65.9%,its positive pronostic value was 90.6% and negative value was 73.2%.Conclusions:NST is of much higher clinical value in evaluating placental function and neonatal prognosis.关键词
