摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the chemical coprecipitation is used for preparation of BatiO3 ultrafine powder. In experiment process, NaOH and H2C2O4 is used as precipitator. It was found that the tetragonal BaTiO3 powder could be produced with two kinds of precipitator, but tiny component and the granularity of powder is different. The powder what is produced with H2C2O4 precipitator is easier to become semiconductor, and the characteristic of sinter and mechanical characteristic is better than using NaOH precipitator.
