Abstract
The immobilization of DNA on support has substantial applications in numerous cases, such
as in the chemistry of nucleic acid, DNA computing and gene chip, etc. This paper reviews the immobi
lizing methods of DNA on different supports including cellulose membrane, gold and glass wafers, and the
recent advance of the studies in this field. The development trend of the studies in the immobilization of
DNA is also discussed.
