颅内生殖细胞瘤21例临床分析
Intracranial Germinomas 21 Cases of Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study clinical and pathological features ofintracranial germinoma and the principle of treatment.Methods The clinical symptoms,methods of treatment and curative effects of 21 cases with intracranial germinoma were analysed.Results The intracranial implantation metastasis rate of the whole group was 23.8% and recurrence rate 19.0%.1、3、5-year survival rates were 95.0%、84.6% and 77.8%,respectively.No spinal metastasis were found.Conclusion Radiotherapy is a main treatment for this disease.Usually whole brain irradiation plus local radiotheyapy should be given,but whole spinal preventive radiotherapy as a conventional treatment was not necessary.关键词
