几种菌种保藏方法对地生枝顶孢活力的影响
Influence on Vitality of Acremonium Terricola by Some Preserving Methods
摘要
Abstract
Three methods were used in preserving Acremonium terricola isolated from Cordyceps gunnii var.minor.The results showed that the isolated fungi kept in sterile distilled water at room temperature was alive entirely after 30 months,the frozen dried ones kept vitality after 12 months at 25℃, the fungi on the soybean powder media was still alive after 6 months at 4℃, and the fungi on SDAY died after one month.关键词
