Abstract
Objective To search the clinic characteritics and the valid for the chronic gastritis wihich were treated by internal medicine without any effection.Methods 64 cases of patients contracted the chronic gastritis which were treated by internal medicine without any effection were set as a researching group;48 cases of patients contracted the chronic gastritis which were treated by internal medicine with valid effection were set as a comparison group.Confirmed the credits of EPQ,HAMD and HAMA.When treated 6 weeks,tested and compared IL-6 and TNF-α,analysed the relationship between the credit of depression/anxiety and the severity of the chronic gastritis symptom.At one time the researching group was divided A group and B,32 cases of patients for each.A group was treated with the antidepressant/antianxiety medicament only,B group was treated with the antidepressant/antianxiety medicament and the non-typical medication to resist the psychosis.Before and after treatment,tested SCL-90 of A group and B.Result There was obvious nervous personaliy in the researching group,the major portion of them belonged to the instable introversion type with a distinct anxious emotion.The credits of depression/anxiety were positive correlation with the severity of the chronic gastritis symptom.When treated 6 weeks,IL-6、TNF-α of the 2 groups were obvious different.Before and after treatment,SCL-90's were distinct various in the somatization,anxiety,depression and terror factors compared with themselves in A group and B,but without obvious different between the 2 groups.The crankiness factor credit was obvious different in A group before and after treatment,but without obvious different in B group.Conclusion The chronic gastritis symptom has some close relationships with personality,depression/anxiety emotion and immunity factor.Antidepressant/anti-anxiety medicament with the treatment of the non-typical medication to resist the psychosis shall improve the depression/anxiety emotion,but the later shall change the predominance concept of the patients.关键词
