摘要
Abstract
Community health services (CHS) has become the major part in modern health care system by providing accessible,economical,effective and continuous health service.To speed up and drive comprehensive reform of community health service is a great task for community medical staff to seriously consider and hardly practice.Currently,some problems such as lacking of community human resources,in distinction of defined CHS work,non-desirable effects of two-way referral,and non-evident supporting role of separate management of income and expenditure to the CHS center have been still there in practice of reforming CHS.So,in order to promote development of CHS,the further measures need to be curried out to make its action come true.关键词
