Abstract
The rapid development of photovoltaic industry results in lack of silicon feedstock which meets technical and economic re-quirements of the photovoltaic ceils. More and more attentions have been paid to the researches of producing solar grade silicon by refi-ning metallurgical grade silicon. This paper reports the production techniques and recent research of solar grade silicon, pointing out the application prospect.关键词
