Abstract
Objective To compare the difference of the behavioral d isturbances in 3000 schizophrenics of diffrent occupations and cultural levels.Methods 3000 i npatients with schizophrenia met with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Classif ication of Mental Deases-Ⅱ(CCMD-2)were chosen from 7 mental hospitals of 6 prov inces and 1 municipality during 1995,5～1996,7.In 3000 patients,a form of their behavioral distunbance that can be explained accurately by 2～6 words would be c o unted as an item,sampled mechanically,registered with semi-structured survey tab le designed by ourselves,and carried out the statistical analysis according to t heir different occupations and cultural levels.Results In these p atients,there were obvious behavioral disturbance in 2394 cases(97.8%).In the comparison accor ding to their different occupations,there are 15 items with more obvious differe nce(P<0.01)and one item with obvious difference(P<0.05)in 21 items of the behavioral disturbances occurred in high frequency.In the comparison according to their different cultural levels,there are 9 items w ith more obvious difference(P<0.01)and 4 items with obvious diff erence(P<0.05)in 21 items of the behavioral disturbonces.Conclus ion There is the obvious difference in comparison of the behavioral distu rbance s of schizophrenics with different occupations and cultural levels,especially in the patients with different occupations.关键词
