Abstract
(1-x)TeO2 -xAlF3 (x= 10%, 20%, 30% ,in mole) fluorotellurite transparent glasses were newly prepared. The properties and structure of the glasses were studied by means of differential thermal analysis and Raman spectra. The results indicate that AlF3 enters into the network forming Al - F polyhedron when the content of AlF3 is up to 30 %. With the increase of x, the mid-infrared transmittance increases quickly, the structural units convert from [Te(O,F)4] trigonal bipyramid to [Te(O,F)3 ] trigonal pyramid. A high intensity peak of Raman spectra at near 750 to 840 cm-1 is observed, which corresponds to terminal bonds Te- O with a region of the length from 0. 185 to 0. 196 nm.关键词
