摘要

Abstract

Traditional research of fault diagnosis of the rotatory machinedepends on collection of practical fault cases and simulation on the small test-bed, the conclusion are always the simple mapping of symptoms and fault, the effect is not satisfactory, and the conclusion is confined to the certain type of faults.To completely understand the fault mechanism, the mathematical model of rotor is necessary.The rotor's dynamical equation is established by solving them with computer and the exact connections between faults and fault symptoms are obtained. Results in this computer emulation way are close to those acquired from the test-bed. Computer emulation cost little and results are reliable, so it is an important direction of research of fault diagnosis of the rotatory machine.
