Abstract
After prepared mitoxantrone (DHAQ)-loaded bovine serumalbumin(BSA) nanosphere(DHAQ-BSA-NP) by emulsifying high temperature solidifying method, anti-human hepatoma entire antibody immunonanosphere HAb18-DHAQ-BSA-NP is prepared by modified N-succinimidyl 3-(2-pyridyldithio) propionate(SPDP) technique. The amount of HAb18 on the surface of HAb18-DHAQ-BSA-NP is determined using 125I labelled rabbit antimouse immunoglobulin G(IgG). The results show that HAb18 is bound to the surface of nanosphere DHAQ-BSA-NP and the average amount of HAb18 is 3.5 mg per gram of HAb18-DHAQ-BSA-NP.关键词
