Assay of O2 Generation Rate of Lutoid in Latices
摘要
Abstract
The superoxide anion radicals generation rate of lutoid in latices of rubber trees was studied using hydroxylamine oxidization method. The results showed that certain concentration of Ca2+ must be added in the reaction medium and suitable temperature and pH value must be kept. Further investigations showed that the O generation rate of lutoid from partial dry bark trees was higher than that from health trees.关键词
