FTIR多组分定量分析方法及其应用
Quantitative Analysis of Multi-component with FTIR and Its Application

Abstract
The application of FT-IR to simultaneous quantitative analysis of flue gas was studied with the help of Nicolet's Protege 460 combined with a 2m gas cell. Based on CLS method, a CLS measuring method was established which demonstrates the linear relationship between volume fraction and adsorption. Furthermore, the non-linear relationship is calibrated. As a result, the method can simultaneously analyze components in a mixture quantitatively. The equations of the calibration curve for N2O,NO,NO2,SO2 and CO2 at 100°C were thus obtained as follows, N2O: φca=0.707 5φ+1.435 2×10-3φ2 NO: φca=0.719 4φ+3.302 7×10-4φ2 NO2: φca=0.790 7φ+1.986 9×10-4φ2+2.949 7×10-7φ3 SO2: φca=0.991 7φ CO2: φca=0.979 4φ φ is the volume fraction in the mixture, φca is the calibrated volume fraction. Further discussion showed that this is a universal method for infrared absorption gas. The method, with its rapid scan and high sensitivity, can be used in quantitative analysis as well as qualitative analysis of new species when combined with FT-IR technique.关键词
