摘要
Abstract
Objectives To explorer the features of aortic dissecting aneurysm(ADA) by spiral CT.Methods Analyses were performed on spiral CT diagnoses of 12 ADA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to January 2008.Results There were 2 patients with type I ADA,1 with type Ⅱ,9 with type Ⅲ.Ten patients manifested specific signs of ADA,ruptured endomembrane was found in 3,calcified plaque ingression in 1.Such non-specific signs as aortectasia,irregular shapes and nonuniform proportions of calibers were noted in 12,thickening,ir-regulation and calcification of aortic walls in 10,parietalthrombus and irregular narrowing of lumina in 1,involved aortic branches in 3.Conclusions Spiral CT has a high rate of accuracy,with a faster time-effect.′Bilocular sign′ is a specific one of CT scan of ADA.关键词
