健脑通络益智方对血管性痴呆大鼠脑部病理组织学影响的实验研究
Experimental Study of the Influence of Jiannaotongluo Recipe on Cerebral Histopathology of Vascular Dementia Rats.
摘要
Abstract
To study the effects and mechanism of Jiannaotongluo Recipe on cerebral histopathology of vascular dementia rats. Methods:Multiple cerebral infarction was induced by injecting embolus through external carotid artery. Memory-detection model of anisodamine was established to determine the histopathology of cerebral cortex, hypothalamus, hippocampus and striate body of rats. Results: Pathological lesion of the four cerebral components of Jiannaotongluo Recipe groups was improved to a certain extent, especially for cerebral cortex. Conclusions: The reselts revealed that Jiannaotongluo Recipe could alleviate cerebral pathological lesion of vascular dementia animals.关键词
