Abstract
Loss of heterozygosity(LOH)of DNA microsatellite marker D9S319 onchromosome 9p21 was examined in 25 glioma samples by PCR technique.The results showed that LOH on 9p21 was 57%(12/21),and 70%(7/10),43%(3/7) and 50%(2/4) in glioblastoma,anaplastic astrocytoma and astrocytoma respectively.These results suggest that there may be an unidentified gene located on 9p21 region and its inactivation related to tumorigenesis of glioma.关键词
